Occupations Code § 556.104","heading":"CONTENTS OF WARRANT.","body":"The warrant must:\n(1) identify:\n(A) the facility, area, building, or conveyance to be inspected;\n(B) the purpose of the inspection;\n(C) the type of property to be inspected, if appropriate; and\n(D) each item or type of property to be seized, if any;\n(2) state the grounds for issuance of the warrant and the name of each person whose affidavit has been taken in support of the warrant;\n(3) be directed to a person authorized under this chapter to execute the warrant;\n(4) command the person to whom the warrant is directed to inspect the facility, area, building, or conveyance identified for the purpose specified;\n(5) direct the seizure of the property specified, if appropriate;\n(6) direct that the warrant be served during normal business hours; and\n(7) designate the judge to whom the warrant is to be returned.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
