Occupations Code § 559.004","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE RENEWAL CERTIFICATE.","body":"(a) The board shall issue a license renewal certificate to an applicant after the board has received, in a time prescribed by Section 559.003:\n(1) the completed application;\n(2) the renewal fee; and\n(3) proof of completion of the continuing education requirements prescribed by Subchapter B.\n(b) The renewal certificate must contain:\n(1) the pharmacist's license number;\n(2) the period for which the license is renewed; and\n(3) other information the board determines necessary.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
