Occupations Code § 559.101","heading":"ELIGIBILITY FOR INACTIVE STATUS.","body":"The board by rule shall adopt a system for placing on inactive status a license held by a person who:\n(1) is licensed by the board to practice pharmacy;\n(2) is not eligible to renew the license because of failure to comply with the continuing education requirements under Subchapter B; and\n(3) is not practicing pharmacy in this state.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
