Occupations Code § 562.104","heading":"TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE NUMBER REQUIRED.","body":"A pharmacy whose primary business is to dispense a prescription drug or device under a prescription drug order to a patient located outside the area covered by the pharmacy's telephone area code shall provide a toll-free telephone line that is answered during normal business hours to enable communication between a patient or the patient's physician and a pharmacist at the pharmacy who has access to the patient's records.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
