Occupations Code § 565.057","heading":"MONITORING OF LICENSE HOLDER.","body":"(a) The board shall develop a policy and procedure for monitoring a license holder's compliance with this subtitle.\n(b) A policy or procedure adopted under this section must include a procedure to:\n(1) monitor for compliance a license holder who is ordered by the board to perform a certain act; and\n(2) identify and monitor a license holder who represents a risk to the public.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
