Occupations Code § 565.058","heading":"SUBPOENA AUTHORITY.","body":"(a) The board or an officer of the board may:\n(1) issue subpoenas ad testificandum or subpoenas duces tecum to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of items, including books, records, or documents;\n(2) administer oaths; and\n(3) take testimony concerning matters in the board's or officer's jurisdiction.\n(b) A person designated in the subpoena may serve the subpoena.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
