Occupations Code § 566.051","heading":"INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.","body":"(a) The attorney general at the request of the board may petition a district court for an injunction to prohibit a person who is violating this subtitle from continuing the violation.\n(b) Venue in a suit for injunctive relief is in Travis County.\n(c) After application and a finding that a person is violating this subtitle, the district court shall grant the injunctive relief the facts warrant.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
