Occupations Code § 566.151","heading":"OFFENSES; CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this subtitle or any rule adopted under this subtitle relating to unlawfully engaging in the practice of pharmacy or unlawfully operating a pharmacy.\n(b) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates the licensing requirements of this subtitle or Section 558.001, 558.002, or 560.002.\n(c) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 560.001 or 560.003.\n(d) Each day of violation under Subsection (b) or (c) is a separate offense.\n(e) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
