Occupations Code § 58.101","heading":"DISCLOSURE OF TEST RESULTS TO INDIVIDUAL TESTED.","body":"An individual who submits to a genetic test has the right to know the results of the test. On written request by the individual, the entity that performed the test shall disclose the test results to:\n(1) the individual; or\n(2) a physician designated by the individual.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14.001(a), eff.
