Occupations Code § 58.105","heading":"CIVIL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person who discloses genetic information in violation of Sections 58.102-58.104 is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000.\n(b) The attorney general may bring an action in the name of the state to recover a civil penalty under this section, plus reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 728 (H.B. 2018), Sec. 15.002, eff.
