Occupations Code § 601.024","heading":"TERMS; VACANCIES.","body":"(a) Members of the advisory board are appointed for staggered six-year terms. The terms of three members expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) A member may not serve more than:\n(1) two consecutive full terms; or\n(2) a total of three full terms.\n(c) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the governor shall appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 (S.B. 202), Sec. 2.004, eff.
