Occupations Code § 601.054","heading":"APPROVAL AND REVIEW OF CURRICULA AND TRAINING PROGRAMS.","body":"(a) An applicant for approval of a curriculum or training program must apply to the advisory board on a form and under rules adopted by the advisory board.\n(b) The advisory board shall approve a curriculum or training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 601.052. The advisory board may review the approval annually.\n(c) The advisory board may set a fee for approval of a curriculum or training program not to exceed the estimated amount that the advisory board projects to be required for the evaluation of the curriculum or training program.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
