Occupations Code § 601.102","heading":"CLASSES OF CERTIFICATES.","body":"(a) The advisory board shall establish classes of certificates to include all radiologic procedures used in the course and scope of the practice of practitioners licensed in this state.\n(b) The advisory board may issue to a person:\n(1) a general certificate to perform radiologic procedures;\n(2) a limited certificate that authorizes the person to perform radiologic procedures only on specific parts of the human body; or\n(3) a radiologist assistant certificate to a person who meets the requirements established under Section 601.1021.\n(c) The advisory board may issue to a person a temporary general certificate, a temporary limited certificate, or a temporary radiologist assistant certificate that authorizes the person to perform radiologic procedures for a period not to exceed one year.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
