Occupations Code § 601.157","heading":"PERSON SUPERVISED BY PODIATRIST.","body":"A person is not required to hold a certificate issued under this chapter to perform a radiologic procedure if:\n(1) the procedure is performed under the supervision of a podiatrist; and\n(2) the person:\n(A) is registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to assist a podiatrist; and\n(B) complies with rules adopted under Section 601.252(e).\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1144 (H.B. 2847), Sec. 8.006, eff.
