Occupations Code § 601.274","heading":"HEALTH CARE ENTITY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.","body":"On the written request of a health care entity, the advisory board shall provide to the entity:\n(1) information about a complaint filed against a person that was resolved after investigation by:\n(A) a disciplinary order of the advisory board; or\n(B) an agreed settlement; and\n(2) the basis of and current status of any complaint that has been referred by the executive director of the medical board for enforcement action.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 (S.B. 202), Sec. 2.035, eff.
