Occupations Code § 601.316","heading":"EXPERT IMMUNITY.","body":"An expert who assists the advisory board is immune from suit and judgment and may not be subjected to a suit for damages for any investigation, report, recommendation, statement, evaluation, finding, or other action taken in the course of assisting the advisory board in a disciplinary proceeding. The attorney general shall represent the expert in any suit resulting from a service provided by the person in good faith to the advisory board.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 (S.B. 202), Sec. 2.036, eff.
