Occupations Code § 601.354","heading":"PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED.","body":"(a) Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives the notice, the person may:\n(1) accept the determination, including the proposed administrative penalty; or\n(2) make a written request for a hearing on that determination.\n(b) If the person accepts the determination, the advisory board by order shall approve the determination and impose the proposed penalty.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
