Occupations Code § 601.355","heading":"HEARING.","body":"(a) If the person timely requests a hearing, the advisory board shall:\n(1) set a hearing;\n(2) give written notice of the hearing to the person; and\n(3) designate a hearings examiner to conduct the hearing.\n(b) The hearings examiner shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law and promptly issue to the advisory board a proposal for decision as to the occurrence of the violation and the amount of any proposed administrative penalty.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
