Occupations Code § 602.055","heading":"TERMS; VACANCY.","body":"(a) Members of the advisory committee serve two-year terms. The terms of the members expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) A person is not eligible to serve more than two consecutive full terms.\n(c) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the president of the medical board shall appoint a person to serve for the unexpired term.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
