Occupations Code § 602.056","heading":"GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL.","body":"(a) It is a ground for removal from the advisory committee that a member:\n(1) does not have at the time of appointment the qualifications required by Section 602.052 for appointment to the advisory committee;\n(2) does not maintain during service on the advisory committee the qualifications required by Section 602.052 for appointment to the advisory committee;\n(3) is ineligible for membership under Section 602.053(d) or Section 602.054; or\n(4) cannot, because of illness or disability, discharge the member's duties for a substantial part of the member's term.\n(b) The validity of an action of the advisory committee is not affected by the fact that it is taken while a ground for removal of a member of the advisory committee exists.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 2.197(9), eff.
