Occupations Code § 602.201","heading":"LICENSE REQUIRED; SPECIALTY LICENSE.","body":"(a) A person may not practice medical physics without a license.\n(b) A medical physicist may not practice the following specialties unless the person holds a license for that specialty:\n(1) diagnostic radiological physics;\n(2) medical health physics;\n(3) medical nuclear physics; or\n(4) therapeutic radiological physics.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
