Occupations Code § 602.3015","heading":"CIVIL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted or order issued under this chapter is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 a day.\n(b) At the request of the medical board, the attorney general shall bring an action to recover a civil penalty authorized under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 326, Sec. 15, eff.
