Occupations Code § 602.302","heading":"OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) practices medical physics without holding a license under this chapter;\n(2) practices a specialty of medical physics without holding a license for the specialty;\n(3) practices medical physics in violation of this chapter; or\n(4) uses in any manner letters, terminology, symbols, or signs to indicate or imply that the person is qualified or licensed to practice medical physics in a manner for which the person is not licensed under this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
