Occupations Code § 603.201","heading":"PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The medical board shall prepare information of consumer interest describing the profession of perfusion, the regulatory functions of the medical board, and the procedures by which consumer complaints are filed with and resolved by the medical board.\n(b) The medical board shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
