Occupations Code § 603.205","heading":"PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.","body":"(a) The medical board shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the medical board and to speak on any issue related to the practice of perfusion.\n(b) The medical board shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English or who has a physical, mental, or developmental disability may be provided reasonable access to the medical board's programs under this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
