Occupations Code § 603.251","heading":"LICENSE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) A person may not engage or offer to engage in perfusion for compensation unless the person holds an appropriate license issued under this chapter.\n(b) A person may not, unless the person holds an appropriate license issued under this chapter:\n(1) use the title or represent or imply that the person has the title \"licensed perfusionist\" or \"provisional licensed perfusionist\" or use the letters \"LP\" or \"PLP\"; or\n(2) use a facsimile of those titles to represent or imply that the person is a licensed perfusionist or provisionally licensed perfusionist.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
