Occupations Code § 603.401","heading":"GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION.","body":"If a license holder violates this chapter or a rule or code of ethics adopted under this chapter, the medical board may:\n(1) revoke, restrict, or suspend the license;\n(2) place on probation the person if the person's license has been suspended;\n(3) reprimand the license holder; or\n(4) refuse to renew the license.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
