Occupations Code § 603.405","heading":"PROBATION.","body":"The medical board may require a person whose license suspension is probated to:\n(1) report regularly to the medical board on matters that are the basis of the probation;\n(2) limit practice to areas prescribed by the medical board; or\n(3) continue the person's professional education until the license holder attains a degree of skill satisfactory to the medical board in those areas that are the basis of the probation.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
