Occupations Code § 603.506","heading":"DECISION BY MEDICAL BOARD.","body":"(a) Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and proposal for decision, the medical board by order may determine that:\n(1) a violation occurred and impose an administrative penalty; or\n(2) a violation did not occur.\n(b) The notice of the medical board's order given to the person must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 326, Sec. 19, eff.
