Occupations Code § 604.1041","heading":"EXAMINATION.","body":"(a) The advisory board by rule shall establish examination requirements for a certificate under this chapter. The advisory board may use the entry level examination prepared by the National Board for Respiratory Care or an equivalent examination.\n(b) An applicant for a certificate or temporary permit must pass a jurisprudence examination approved by the advisory board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 14.339(c), eff.
