Occupations Code § 604.107","heading":"REQUIREMENTS FOR TEMPORARY PERMIT.","body":"An applicant for a temporary permit to practice respiratory care must submit to the advisory board:\n(1) written evidence, verified by oath, that the applicant is:\n(A) practicing or has within the 12-month period preceding the application date practiced respiratory care in another state or country and is licensed to practice respiratory care in that state or country;\n(B) a student in an approved respiratory care education program who expects to graduate from the program not later than the 30th day after the date the temporary permit is issued; or\n(C) a graduate of an approved respiratory care education program; and\n(2) any additional information required by advisory board rules.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
