If the medical board employees determine that the applicant does not clearly meet all applicable requirements, the application must be returned to the advisory board. A certificate or temporary permit issued under this section does not require formal advisory board approval.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 (S.B. 202), Sec. 2.171, eff.
