Occupations Code § 604.1523","heading":"CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION REQUIREMENT FOR RENEWAL.","body":"(a) An applicant for renewal of a certificate or temporary permit shall submit a complete and legible set of fingerprints for purposes of performing a criminal history check of the applicant as provided by Section 604.1031.\n(b) The advisory board may not renew the certificate or temporary permit of a person who does not comply with the requirement of Subsection (a).\n(c) A person is not required to submit fingerprints under this section for the renewal of a certificate or temporary permit if the person has previously submitted fingerprints under:\n(1) Section 604.1031 for the initial issuance of the certificate or permit; or\n(2) this section as part of a prior renewal of a certificate or permit.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 (S.B. 202), Sec. 2.176, eff.
