Occupations Code § 604.305","heading":"HEARING.","body":"(a) If the person requests a hearing in a timely manner, the advisory board shall:\n(1) set a hearing; and\n(2) give written notice of the hearing to the person.\n(b) The hearings examiner shall:\n(1) make findings of fact and conclusions of law; and\n(2) promptly issue to the advisory board a proposal for decision as to the occurrence of the violation and the amount of any proposed administrative penalty.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
