Occupations Code § 604.306","heading":"DECISION BY ADVISORY BOARD.","body":"(a) Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and proposal for decision, the advisory board by order may determine that:\n(1) a violation occurred and impose an administrative penalty; or\n(2) a violation did not occur.\n(b) The advisory board shall give notice of the order to the person. The notice must include:\n(1) separate statements of the findings of fact and conclusions of law;\n(2) the amount of any penalty imposed; and\n(3) a statement of the person's right to judicial review of the order.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
