Occupations Code § 651.056","heading":"REIMBURSEMENT; PER DIEM.","body":"(a) A commissioner shall be reimbursed for necessary travel expenses incurred in performing the business of the commission.\n(b) In addition to reimbursement under Subsection (a), a commissioner shall receive a per diem allowance for each day spent by the commissioner on business of the commission not to exceed 60 days in any calendar year.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
