Occupations Code § 651.162","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT.","body":"(a) The commission shall prepare a written annual report describing the activities of the commission during the preceding fiscal year. The report must include information regarding:\n(1) licensing, inspection, and enforcement activities;\n(2) changes to commission policies; and\n(3) complaint information.\n(b) The commission shall post the report on the commission's Internet website.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
