Occupations Code § 651.201","heading":"PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The commission shall prepare a brochure with information of public interest:\n(1) explaining matters relating to funerals; and\n(2) describing:\n(A) the functions of the commission; and\n(B) the commission's procedures for filing and resolving a public complaint.\n(b) The commission shall:\n(1) provide each licensed funeral establishment with the number of brochures the commission considers appropriate; and\n(2) make the brochure available to the public and appropriate state agencies.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
