Occupations Code § 651.3035","heading":"MORTUARY COLLEGE CREDIT FOR PROVISIONAL LICENSE PROGRAM.","body":"(a) A funeral directing or embalming case completed for credit while attending an accredited mortuary school or college may serve as credit toward the provisional license holder program.\n(b) A mortuary school or college may designate a funeral director or embalmer who is supervising a provisional license holder under Section 651.303 as a clinical instructor for the provisional license holder.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 562, Sec. 20, eff.
