Occupations Code § 701.151","heading":"GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES.","body":"(a) The executive director shall administer and enforce this chapter.\n(b) The commission or the department, as appropriate, shall:\n(1) adopt and publish a code of ethics;\n(2) establish the qualifications of applicants for licenses, including renewed and reciprocal licenses; and\n(3) request and receive any necessary assistance from state educational institutions or other state agencies.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
