Occupations Code § 701.302","heading":"CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS.","body":"The commission by rule shall adopt and the department shall monitor and enforce a program for the continuing education of license holders as a condition for license renewal. The rules must:\n(1) require a license holder to complete not more than 12 hours of continuing education as a prerequisite to renewal of the license under this chapter; and\n(2) prescribe a process to assess a license holder's participation in continuing education courses.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1179 (S.B. 25), Sec. 13, eff.
