Occupations Code § 701.304","heading":"GROUNDS FOR REFUSING RENEWAL.","body":"The commission or department may refuse to renew the license of a person who fails to:\n(1) pay an administrative penalty imposed against the person under Subchapter F, Chapter 51, unless enforcement of the penalty is stayed or a court has ordered that the administrative penalty is not owed; or\n(2) complete the continuing education requirements under Section 701.302.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 147 (H.B. 1155), Sec. 21, eff.
