Occupations Code § 702.504","heading":"TEMPORARY CLOSING.","body":"For purposes of this subchapter, the closing of a health spa is not a violation of this chapter if the closing does not exceed one month and:\n(1) is a result of a natural disaster; or\n(2) is to relocate the health spa not more than 10 miles from its location preceding the relocation.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
