Occupations Code § 702.557","heading":"CRIMINAL OFFENSE: INTERFERENCE WITH INVESTIGATION.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if with actual notice that the attorney general, or a district or county attorney, has initiated, or plans to initiate, an investigation under this chapter the person intentionally conceals, alters, destroys, or falsifies a document or record that is relevant or material to the investigation.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
