Occupations Code § 801.164","heading":"RISK-BASED INSPECTIONS.","body":"(a) The board shall prioritize inspections relating to key risk factors identified by the board, including previous violations by the license holder or information concerning a veterinarian's use, handling, prescribing, dispensing, or delivery of controlled substances.\n(b) The board may use alternative inspection methods, including videoconference or similar technology, instead of conducting an in-person inspection in circumstances the board considers appropriate.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 536 (S.B. 319), Sec. 8, eff.
