Occupations Code § 801.203","heading":"COMPLAINTS.","body":"(a) The board by rule shall establish methods by which consumers and service recipients are notified of the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the board for the purpose of directing complaints to the board.\n(b) The board shall list with its regular telephone number any toll-free telephone number established under other state law for presenting a complaint about a license holder.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
