Occupations Code § 801.205","heading":"GENERAL RULES REGARDING COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION AND DISPOSITION.","body":"The board shall adopt rules relating to the investigation and disposition of complaints filed with the board. The rules must:\n(1) distinguish between categories of complaints;\n(2) ensure that complaints are not dismissed without appropriate consideration; and\n(3) require that the board be advised of a complaint that is dismissed.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
