Occupations Code § 801.252","heading":"ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSE TO PRACTICE VETERINARY MEDICINE.","body":"The board shall issue a license to practice veterinary medicine to a person who is qualified to be licensed to practice veterinary medicine under this chapter. A person is qualified to be licensed to practice veterinary medicine if:\n(1) the person has attained the age of majority;\n(2) the person is a graduate of a board-approved school or college of veterinary medicine;\n(3) the person successfully completes the licensing examination for veterinarians conducted by the board; and\n(4) the board does not refuse to issue a license to the person under Section 801.401.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
