Occupations Code § 801.2555","heading":"EXAMINATION FEE REFUND.","body":"(a) The board shall refund the examination fee paid by an applicant who:\n(1) provides advance notice of the applicant's inability to take the examination; or\n(2) is unable to take the examination because of an emergency.\n(b) The board shall adopt rules that establish the required notification period and the emergency situations that warrant a refund.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 27 (S.B. 407), Sec. 12, eff.
