Occupations Code § 801.305","heading":"RENEWAL OF EXPIRED LICENSE BY OUT-OF-STATE PRACTITIONER.","body":"(a) A person who was licensed to practice veterinary medicine in this state, moved to another state, and is currently licensed in good standing and has been in practice in the other state for the two years preceding the date of application may obtain a new license to practice veterinary medicine without reexamination.\n(b) The person must pay to the board a fee that is equal to the amount of the renewal fee set by the board under Section 801.154(a).\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
